We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the applicable prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. Product prices include taxes, as indicated in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Delivery Costs

Any delivery costs charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight and packaging) and the selected delivery method. Delivery costs are automatically added to the total order amount. If delivery costs apply, you can view them in your shopping cart before confirming your order.

Placing an Order and Forming a Contract

You can order products through our online store by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart through the payment service.

When placing an order through our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions that apply at the time of purchase. You understand that the order you have accepted and which we have confirmed is binding, except as otherwise mentioned below regarding the right of cancellation.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please ensure that you provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also specify the payment method used.

Delivery Method

We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods listed on our website and selected by you when placing your order.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times varies, since most of our products are handmade to order. You can see the estimated delivery time for every product on the product page. Delivery time is also depending on the delivery method, since it is also possible to order delivery to a hotel in Pyhä or Luosto as agreed in advance.

Right of CANCELLATION and Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right under Finnish consumer protection legislation to cancel from your order by notifying us on this page no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or in the case of regular deliveries of goods, the first batch of goods.

You must notify us of your cancellation clearly, for example by using our cancellation form, sending an email to the address provided below, or including a written notice with the goods being returned.

The right of cancellation and return applies only to products that are unused, unharmed and in their original package. Products must be properly packed for return shipment.

If you cancel the purchase, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal notice to the return address provided below. If necessary, you must be able to demonstrate that the goods were returned within the required period, for example by providing a return receipt. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. These costs will not be reimbursed.

When returning an order, please include your name and contact details so that we can process your refund.

We will refund the amount paid for the order without undue delay, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Inspection of Deliveries, Defects and Problems

Please inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If a product has been lost or damaged during transport, does not otherwise correspond to your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the items. We will then agree on how to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Of Northern Nature shall not be liable for any indirect, direct or other damages related to an order, delivery or product, or arising from any of the foregoing, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of Finnish consumer protection legislation or other applicable mandatory law provide otherwise in respect of the relevant damage.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes relating to your order primarily through mutual agreement. We therefore encourage you to contact us first so that we can work together to resolve the matter.

If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
